"No-Boil" Everyday Lasagna

Lasagna made easy...easier!
The part of lasagna making that everyone seems
to like the least is boiling the noodles separately.
You can skip that step with this tip!
Just add a little  water around the edge of the
lasagna, maybe ¼-½ C. This uses the regular
lasagna noodles, not the no-boil kind.
Then cover it tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake another 10-15 minutes
until the  cheese topping is golden. Remove from
the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes
before cutting. It will cut into good squares.
You can also add ½ C of red wine to the sauce as
it's cooking. It will give extra flavor and add the
extra moisture needed for the pasta.
Since you are not boiling the pasta in salted water
you may want to add a little extra salt to the sauce
or cheese layer as well. Use your lasagna recipe
or try mine. Click HERE for my recipe for easy.
Just use dry noodles in the layers instead
of the cooked ones.

Cheers!
